Jingaraat (Zhenian: 진가라트, Balakhaat: ᠵᠢᠩ ᠢᠶᠠᠷ ᠢᠶᠠᠨ), formally the City of Jingaraat (Zhenian: 진가라트시, Balakhaat: ᠵᠢᠩ ᠢᠶᠠᠷᠠᠲ ᠬᠣᠲᠠ), is the most populous city of Zhenia's Karavankon Province. Situated in the southeastern segment of the province, it is the largest city in which neither Jin or Han Zhenians are a majority population as of 2019.
