Haedong Special Administrative Region (Classic Zhenian: 海東特別行政區, Zhenian: 해동특별행정구), is a Zhenian Special Administrative Region consisting of the Haedong Archipelago at the western part of the East Zhenian Sea. Being home to around 4.3 million residents, it is the least populous province-level administrative area in the nation, although Dongdo, its capital and largest city, is one of the most densely populated cities in Zhenia.
