The National Parliament Hall (Zhenian: 국회의사당), is the home of both houses of the Parliament of the Republic of Zhenia, the Sangseowon and the National Assembly. Originally planned to be the geographical center of Sudo District in Daedo, it remains at the heart of numerous governmental buildings concentrated in Capital District, confronting the Daeseong Palace in the distance.
At the time the building was completed, it was the largest building in the Empire of Zhenia, second only to the Imperial to its north, in the Imperial District. Primarily built in adherence to classical Zhenian architectural styles with the input of western architectural elements, it is capable of operating both the Senate and the Federal Assembly at the same time, with the former in the east wing and the latter in the west.
