Philip I and IV (Philip Vincent Henry; Produese: Filipe Vicente Henrique; Solician: Philippe Vincent Henri; 7 May 1524 – 29 July 1582) was King of Produzland and the Rodaves, and King of Saint Clare from 1550 as Philip I as well as King of Meronnia as Philip IV from 1551 until his death in 1582. As head of the House of Lugo, his dominions in Lira included Produzland along with the Kingdom of Saint Clare, as well as Meronnia and Velarre. Furthermore, his reign encompassed both the long-lasting Produese and Meronnian colonizations of southeast Nori and Meridiq. The personal union of the Liran and colonial territories that he ruled has resulted in many historians declaring him one of the most powerful men of the second millenium.
