Allengin is the capital of Elbresia. It has a population of 4,531,000, making it the second-largest city in the country behind Oftbon. The city is located on the mouth of the Ciset River, which empties into the Olympic Ocean on the eastern coast of the country. Allengin is one of the main cultural and industrial centers of Elbresia. Allengin has been dubbed a "Capital of Nortua", as it is ranked highly by the size of economy, culture, transportation and tourism among cities like Laitstadt, Singana, and Autrataya. It headquarters offices of the Coalition of Crown Albatross and the Coaltion Trade Organization, and it also serves as the Congress of the Alliance of Nortuan States.
