Stephanie Morente (born August 27, 1958) is an Alutianan politician serving as the 1st President of Alutiana since 2021, and prior to its independence she served as the Governor of Alutia Province from 2016-2021. A member of the New Alliance Party (2021-present), and previously a leading figure in Bloc Mayotte, Morente was a central figure in the secession movements of eastern Zamastan in the lead up to the Bettencourt Protests, and her campaigning alongside Thomas Bonhomme pushed the issue of secession to the Supreme Court which eventually resulted in the independence of Alutiana, Mayotte, and Auraine.
