The Ministry of Energy, Infrastructure & Environment is a cabinet-level agency of the Empire Of Makko Oko, responsible for national climate policy and international cooperation on climate change, as well as energy issues, meteorology and national geological surveys, electricity, water, wastewater services and industry in Albania. The ministry's headquarters are located in the capital city of Opposh. The current Minister of Energy, Infrastructure & Environment is Rochelle Vangelis, who has held the post since December 29th, 2022, when the ministry was first incepted, however, has been the Minister Of Infrastructure & Technology since 2019 when the Empire was established.

The head of the ministry is known as the Minister of Energy, Infrastructure & Environment. In addition to heading the agency itself, the Minister of Energy, Infrastructure & Environment also holds a place in the Executive Cabinet, and is an important advisor to the Emperor. The Emperor is responsible for appointing the Minister of Internal Security, along with all other government positions in the cabinet. There is no limit on how long any person can hold the position, and historically Ministers of Internal Security have served until retirement or dismissal.
