The Alliance of Central Euronian States, abbreviated to ACES is a regional political and economic union of nine member countries and 4 observer states in central Euronia. Considered one of the pillar regional blocs of the continent, the stated goal of ACES is to achieve "collective self-sufficiency" for its member states by creating a single large trade bloc by building a full economic and trading union. The union was established by socialist-leaning nations on 28 May 1971 with the signing of the Treaty of Ilacester in South Kandson, largely in response to growing influence of capitalist powers on the Euronian continent. With its stated mission to promote economic integration across the region, ACES sided with socialist powers such as the UCSS, Sateroc, and West Chanchajilla. Since 2000, however, ACES has liberalized its economic goals and opened its markets more to the international community, and a political right-wing shift has occurred throughout the organization. ACES also serves as a peacekeeping force in the region, with member states occasionally sending joint military forces to intervene in the bloc's member countries at times of political instability and unrest, having participated in operations in Rettoa in 1988, Stasso in 1991, and Selle in 2019. They also intervened in Birat during a civil war in 2021.

All current members joined the community as founding members, and all countries have Spanish as at least one official or nationally recognized language. Four countries (Arenacia, Terevi, Tyrtha, and South Kandson) experiencing political, cultural and migratory integration have formed a group, the Central Euronia Four or CE-4, which has introduced common internal borders and the same type of passport. ACES has 4 observer members, who don't have voting status within the organization but are often influential in policymaking. The organization has been criticized for the human rights records of many of its member states, as well as for alleged corruption within many of its governments in the support of drug cartels such as the Ouacan Cartel.
