Iwo Kłosek (born 26th April 1954, aged 70) is a East Miersan politician who currently serves as the President of the Supreme Council of the Miersan Council Socialist Republic since 2020. He also has served as the Head of the Foreign Affairs and International Socialism Committee since 2015 having sat in the Supreme Council since 1996 representing the Tarłów district in the city of Dyńsk.

Born in the town of Żeleźnik in the Tryzno District Kłosek trained as a diplomat at the University of Dyńsk. After stints as ambassador to Hennehouwe and Auzance Kłosek was elected to the Supreme Council in 1996. In 2007 he became a member of the Foreign Affairs and International Socialism Committee being elected to its steering committee in 2011. In 2015 Kłosek became head of the committee and in 2020 the President of the Supreme Council.

Under Kłoseks tenure the MSRR has pursed a largely conciliatory foreign policy focused on improving ties with the Euclean Community and the capitalist world in general. Kłosek has in particular led for improved relations with Gaullica and the Northern Forum. In 2016 Kłosek approved of the deployment of MSRR forces to Nahrun during the Masa insurgency, helping freezing the conflict.

Kłosek is associated with the moderate posybiliści faction in MSRR politics. He is seen as representative of the bureaucracy and more orthodox political currents in East Miersa.
