Régulo Moran (born 26 May 1964) is the current Chief of the General Staff of Carloso. He was previously commander of the Third Army. He is the son of James Moran, President of Carloso from 1981 to his assassination in 1987. Since 2015 he has also been the Chairman of the Carlosian Armed Forces Security Committee and is a member of the National Defence Board.

Moran married Nicole Baron on 18 September 1991, both aged 27 at the time. Their first child, Liam Moran, was born in 1997. Their second son, Tom Moran, was born in 1999.
