The Galactic Assembly is the legislative assembly of the Galactic Union. It is composed of delegates from various worlds and star systems across the galaxy, and was presided by a Premier, the highest office-holder of the democratic union that was elected by and from the representatives. Its primary concern was mediating disputes between varying worlds and dictating the laws and regulations necessary to maintain the Union.
