Per the Constitution of Lemovicia, the flag of Lemovicia "shall comprise of two green diagonal stripes, two white stripes, and two red diagonal stripes, each alternating and going from the upper dexter to the lower sinister," with red representing the progression of Lemovicia to a socialist society, white for peace among the fraternity of peoples, and green for the Lemovician nation.
The flag adopted in 1934 after the independence of Lemovicia from Narozalica was based off the design of the escutcheon of the Lemovician coat of arms. Thus, it depicted a field of thirty-two diamonds, with each diamond comprised of three diamonds, with the outer diamond being Azure (heraldry), the middle diamond being Or (heraldry), and the innermost diamond being Argent (heraldry) in colors reminiscent of the Narozalican flag, in order to acknowledge historic Narozalican rule.

The blue officially stood for the rivers and the skies, the gold for the wheat and prosperity of the country, and white for the purity of the Lemovicians.

Current flag
After the Alikianos Accords, the independence-era flag was deemed to be too sectarian, as during the Lemovician Civil War, the independence-era flag became the ethnic flag of the Lemovician people. Thus, as part of the new constitution, a new flag was designed so to "unify Lemovicia" ion the aftermath of the civil war.

The design, which was promulgated on 1 October, 1992, comprises of three wide horizontal stripes, with blue representing the skies and the Lemovicians, the red representing the blood shed during the civil war and the Polish people, and yellow representing the bountiful harvests and "all other ethnicities residing in Lemovicia." Two thin horizontal white stripes separate the blue from the red, and red from the yellow, to represent the desire for peace between the two sides.
