The Rizealand Football League (RFL) is the premier men's professional association football league in Rizealand, currently comprising of sixteen clubs. The RFL is one of the "Big Three" professional sports leagues in Rizealand and has headquarters in Liberty City. The RFL's regular season begins in September and concludes in April of the next year with each club playing every other club in the league at least twice. From April to May, the post-season playoffs begin and end with the two finalists playing each other in the Super Cup.

The RFL began as a locally organized group of Liberty City football clubs in 1920 who wanted to organize a competition among themselves. By 1925, the RFL became an national competition when two of its member footballs clubs relocated to other cities in Rizealand. In 1935, the RFL converted its member clubs into franchises and instituted the modern format of having a regular season and post-season playoff culminating in a championship game. In 1960, the RFL expanded from 8 to 12 teams and held the first Super Cup. After the 2000 RFL Millennium Expansion, the RFL grew to 16 teams. It is the most popular sporting league in Rizealand with an average annual attendance of 33,801 and the Super Cup is the largest and most watched sporting event in Rizealand. The RFL also has some of the most valuable sporting teams in the country, making it the wealthiest sporting league in Rizealand.

The Camden Patriots are the most successful team in the RFL, having won a total of twenty-two national championships, nineteen of which were Super Cups. The Winchester Wildcats are the second most successful team in the RFL, having won a total of sixteen national championships, eleven of which were Super Cups. While the Portmouth Chargers have won the third highest number of national championships at nine, the Los Santos Kings have won the third largest number of Super Cups at seven. The Camden Patriots won the most recent Super Cup in May 2023.
