The AMF World Cup, usually referred to as just the World Cup (Apelian: Coupe du monde de fousball, Vierz: Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft), is the premier international association football tournament contested by the men's national teams of the members of the World Football Association (Apelian: Association mondiale de fousball, AMF). The tournament has been held every four years since its inaugural event in 1927, except for an interruption between 1939 and 1953 due to the Great War. The most recent event was held in 2021 in Cape Ark, which saw Granzery win its second title. The next edition will be held in 2025 in both Luepola and Vorochia.
There have been 22 World Cups, which have been won by ten national teams: Apelia (4 times), Tierada (3), Vierzland (3), Vonzumier (3), Hevatia (2), Granzery (2), Pererra (2), Camardocia, Fellmark, and Luepola.
