Anika Ekland (17 May 1924) is a Finlandian-Erebonian soldier who served during the Second Europan War. Known for her ability to seduce, she was employed by the Special Operations Executive and was posted as an infiltrator to Imperial lines.
Wanting to serve in the army, she lied about her age by using the papers of her elder sister, who served in the Railway Military Police. In 1941, at the age of 17, her fake papers were discovered but was later allowed to serve in the army if she agreed to take on dangerous missions. Later on, She served as a member of the famous Torch Company, where her abilities to infiltrate were highly prized. After the war, she married James Gwyn Rainford and taught Social Sciences in Thors Military Academy and later became the first female headmaster. She retired from military service in 1952 but remained headmaster until her retirement in 1965.
She and James had one child, Irina Rainford born in 1964.
