Armed Forces of the Imperial Confederation

The Armed Forces of the Imperial Confederation is the military body responsible for the military efforts of the Imperial Confederation. The Armed Forces, like the Imperial Confederation's government attempts to straddle the balance of unity and individualism between the armed forces. The only fully fledged central uniformed services that the Imperial Confederation government runs and manages on its own is the Imperial Strategic Armed Command. The Imperial Executive Council is considered to be the single body that represents the commander-in-chief of the entire Armed Forces. Subsequently, every primary member state is responsible for assisting and managing their own militaries that they register and contribute to the Armed Forces. Observatory member states are considered to be under the protection of primary member states and subsequently cannot operate a significantly larger armed forces. Members of individual primary branches, specifically leaders, must be enrolled in the Imperial Strategic Armed Command to confer with other member states on their actions.

The Armed Forces consists of five primary branches: the Apregian Republic Defense Force, the Barylian Armed Forces, the Stellan Autonomous Armed Forces, the Octavian Imperial Legion, and the Canidorian Armed Forces. Subsequently, the majority of these branches can split into different smaller branches. The majority of forces simply consist of four different branches: Army, Navy, Air Force, and the Galactic Navy. The only notable exception is the Canidorian Armed Forces, which acts with two different separate command structures surrounding the sovereignty divide between the Caniderians and the Canidiums

The Armed Forces are a large military force, superior in manpower to the Akannite Empire.
