The Cacertian Whitecliff Fleet (abbreviated CWCF) is an expeditionary fleet of the CRN permanently forward deployed and headquartered at Joint Operations Command, Whitecliff in Shalum. It is the Royal Navy’s largest and oldest extranational formation having been established September 1972 following the amendment to the Altendorf Naval Treaty and completion of the facilities in Margaux.

The CWCF’s principal responsibilities are to provide joint command in natural disasters or military operations and maintains overall operational command of all Cacertian naval forces in the region. As such, Cacertian naval forces stationed at JOC, Solaris report to the commanding officers of the CWCF in times of conflict. It consists of two main formations, GSC-II and SC-XXIII

The current commanding officer of the CWCF is Admiral Cicilia Priuli.
