Dabatta is the Capital city and largest city of Kossmil, with a population of 3,712,000. It is one of the largest cities in Central Adula and serves as the political, cultural, and economic hub of Kossmil. It is situated on the Csakvar River, at the head of the Gulf of Oeslia on the Nortua Sea, and is a major shipping port and transportation hub.

The city of Dabatta was founded in the late 800s by central Adulan traders. The city grew to one of the largest in the region, and is historically and culturally associated with the birth of the Kossmilian Kingdom and Kossmil's entry into modern history. Formerly established as a royal city by the old kings of Kossmil, the city shifted to a more federal administrative one following the exile of Alexander VI and the ouster of the House of Petrović. Becoming the site of the Kossmil Assembly and legislative powers of the country, the city remained largely untouched by the Kossmilian Wars (1960-2020), and reemerged as a notable metropolitan area in the years immediately after the 2020 Christmas Peace Agreement.

The city is aiming to boost tourism recovery after the Kossmilian Wars, and received over 6 million tourists in 2021. It has been an emerging site for industry, culture, and art scenes, and is well known for its cuisine, beaches, parks, and pristine architecture which survived the Kossmilian Wars. Dabatta hosted the 2022 World Cup.
