Garnier Naval Base is a major naval base for the Elkland Navy in Courbagne, New Elkland. Located on the Albarine Sea, it is a geostrategically important port for its central location in the hotly disputed sea. The base is often utilized by vessels flagged by CAMDA nations, namely Durnstaal and Alcarres. A portion of the base is permanently leased to the Zamastanian Naval Forces, and features the only deep water port on the Albarine Sea that is suitable and capable of maintaining their Talon-class nuclear aircraft carriers. The base was formally established in 1766, but has since become the most prominent of New Elkland's many naval facilities.
