Golden Arc
The Golden Arc is a crescent/arc-shaped region in Tarsis surrounding the Gulf of Danguk, spanning over parts of southern, central and eastern Zhenia. Covering much of the Danguk Peninsula the coastal regions of mainland Zhenia, the definition was traditionally limited to coastal regions, although some authors tend to include areas further inland that show higher levels of development and population density.
The Golden Arc, alongside the Danguk Peninsula, has often been referred to as the "Zhenian Heartland", as many of the nation's historical entities, as well as all five historical capitals, were located within the expanded definition of the area. The area today is home to more Zhenians than the remainder of the nation, still being home to major cities such as Donggyeong, Jinhae and Shinhang.
