Isami Amari, known by her magical girl name Seeker Bell, is a highly respected elder in Magia Regnum and the Magical Girl Realm. She currently serves as the Haimajika, the highest position within Magia Regnum. Amari's extensive experience and exceptional magical abilities make her a powerful ruler and she is widely admired for her dedication to the realm. As a role model and mentor to younger Magical Girls, Amari's influence is felt far and wide throughout the magical community.
Early Life
Isami Amari was born on a warm summer day in 1466 in a small Magian village called Okami. Her parents were both farmers, and Isami was the youngest of five children. From a young age, Isami displayed a natural talent for magic, often performing small tricks for her siblings and the other children in the village. As Isami started attending school, her natural talent for magic became more apparent. She was able to grasp the concepts of spellcasting and magic theory quickly, and she often found herself helping her classmates with their studies. Her teachers were impressed with her intelligence and dedication, and she quickly became known as a gifted and straight-A student.
At the age of 10, Isami received her magical item, a white bracelet with amber gemstones. The bracelet was a powerful tool for her magic, allowing her to channel and focus her energy in a more precise way. Isami's love for magic only grew stronger as she continued her studies, and she spent much of her free time practicing and experimenting with different spells and techniques. She was particularly interested in nature magic, and she often spent time in the woods, communing with the spirits of the forest and learning from them.With her magical item in hand, Isami's skills as a magical girl began to grow at an exponential rate. She became even more powerful and her ability to control nature magic improved significantly. She was able to manipulate the elements around her, calling upon the spirits of the wind, water, and earth to aid her.
Despite her high tendency towards magic, Isami's decision to become a full magical girl was not taken lightly. She spent many months contemplating the decision, consulting with her family, friends, and mentors. Finally, at the age of 18, Isami decided that she was ready to make the commitment. She underwent the rigorous initiation ceremony, where she pledged her allegiance to the Ōrumaiti and accepted her responsibilities as a magical girl. She was given a new name, "Seeker Bell", which reflected her quest for knowledge and her connection to the spirits of nature.
Early Career
Tate-Shōsū
In 1484, Isami Amari began her career as a magical girl by taking a clerk job at the local legislative office of Rina "Glittering Grace" Miki, a member of the Tate-Shōsū. Despite her youth and inexperience, Isami quickly proved herself to be a dedicated and hardworking employee. As a clerk Isami's primary duties included keeping schedules and writing memos. She was meticulous in her record-keeping, ensuring that every detail was accurately documented and easily accessible to her colleagues. Isami's hard work and diligence did not go unnoticed, and she quickly gained the trust and respect of her office. Isami's responsibilities expanded to include drafting bills and attending meetings as Miki's assistant. Despite the increased workload, Isami continued to excel, demonstrating a deep understanding of the political process and a strong commitment to achieving the goals of the legislative team.
Isami's impressive work ethic and commitment to excellence eventually led to her nomination to fill the position of Asuka "Ruby Mark" Kana in the legislative chambers in the fall of 1491. This was due to the sudden passing of Kana, who was highly respected and well-regarded by her colleagues. Although Isami was still relatively young and inexperienced compared to some of her colleague, she won the election for the spot early 1492 at just 24 years old. Isami's political career took a major step forward, and she began to emerge as a powerful and influential figure within the political landscape of Magia Regnum. She quickly realized that being a magical girl and a politician were not mutually exclusive and that the two roles could be used to complement each other. Isami used her magical powers to gather intelligence and investigate issues that affected her constituents. Isami's reputation as a capable and effective politician continued to grow, and she was soon appointed to serve as the Chairwoman of the Tate-Shōsū's Legislative Committee. In this role, she oversaw the development of legislation, worked with other members to negotiate and pass bills, and was responsible for the smooth functioning of the committee. Gaidansu
In 1502, Isami Amari was selected to join the executive council of the Haimajika, the head of state of Magia Regnum, within the Gaidansu. This was a tremendous honor and a testament to Isami's standing within the political establishment. As a member of the executive council, Isami had a direct role in advising the Haimajika on matters of state, crafting policy proposals, and helping to shape the direction of the kingdom. Isami's role on the executive council was particularly significant given the complex political landscape of Magia Regnum at the time. The kingdom was facing numerous challenges, including economic instability, social unrest, and external threats from neighboring kingdoms. As a trusted and respected political leader, Isami was called upon to help guide the kingdom through these turbulent times.
Isami's work on the executive council was characterized by her strategic thinking, her collaborative approach, and her unwavering commitment to the public good. She played a key role in developing and implementing policies aimed at strengthening the kingdom's economy, improving social welfare, and promoting greater social harmony. Isami also played an important role in diplomacy, helping to negotiate treaties and build relationship with other magical girl nations within the realm which Magia Regnum historically isolated themselves from.
Haimajika
In the year 1509, Magia Regnum was thrown into turmoil when the reigning Haimajika, Doi "Celestial Passion" Kawahara, unexpectedly passed away. Kawahara had been a beloved leader and spiritual guide for many years, being the first successor of Horizon Breaker and her sudden death left a void that many feared would be difficult to fill. After a period of mourning, the members of the Gaidansu began the process of selecting a new Haimajika. As per tradition, they retreated into isolation to meditate and pray for guidance from the Ōrumaiti.The magical girl community grew increasingly anxious as they waited for news of their new leader. Finally, after several weeks of meditation, the Ōrumaiti revealed herself to the Gaidansu and chose Isami Amari to be the new Haimajika. This was little suprise to some as by this point Amari was a respected member of the Gaidansu and had long been considered a strong candidate for the position. However, many others were surprised by the Ōrumaiti's choice, as there were other members of the Gaidansu who were considered to be more experienced or powerful. Amari was only 43 years old (young for a Magian) and had only been a member of the Gaidansu for 7 years.
Despite this, Amari accepted the position with humility and grace, understanding the weight of the responsibility that had been entrusted to her. She was officially recognized as the new Haimajika in a special ceremony attended by members of the Gaidansu and other important figures from the magical girl community.
Political Beliefs

Personal Life
In 1514, Isami married Hana "Cosmic Charm" Natsumi, a fellow magical girl whom she had met during her time in the Gaidansu. They have two children together; Sakura "Aurora Amulet" and Akari "Fairy Flame". Born in 1515 and 1519 respectively, both Sakura and Akari inherited their mother's magical abilities and passion for public service. Sakura, known for her sharp intellect and strategic thinking, followed in her mother's footsteps and is currently a notable member of the Tate-Shōsū under the Divine Era faction while Akari chose to pursue a career in the Seigi Kaikan and currently serves as a Shiniarīdā (Senior Leader); a NCO position. Isami and Hana currently live in the official resident of the Haimaujika - the Sentaku mēkā - located next to the Shinseina-ro where the Ōrumaiti resides. However, the couple also own a summer villa towards the mountains near Kaminariyama, Nakakanai which allows the couple to escape the demands of their duties and spend quality time together as a family during the off months.
In her free time Isami enjoys reading books on magic theory and history, practicing meditation to maintain her focus and inner peace, and occasionally indulging in her love of gardening. Also fond of children, Amari is also committed to helping troubled youth who may be struggling with personal or emotional issues though her Hope Haven Foundation. She believes that everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, deserves a chance to succeed, and she works tirelessly to provide support and resources to those who may be struggling. She also takes much interest in young and newly made magical girls, particularly in the growth and development of these young girls, helping them to hone their skills, develop their magical abilities, and navigate the challenges of life as a magical girl.
