The Republic of Karnaim, most commonly known as Karnaim, is a country located in northwest Euronia at the southwestern tip of the Auoar Peninsula, bordered by Baytonia and sharing maritime border with Caspiaa. Its western coast along the Olympic Ocean is dotted with towns built through fishing and mining industries, with a population of 3.3 million people and the capital and largest city being Ashtaroth. Other significant settlements include Sparre, Okland, and Ornskoldsvork. Karnaim is mainly a coastal region with fjords, beaches, and islands.

Karnaim has been inhabited for tens of thousands of years. There are remains from the Stone Age and vrious archeological finds stem from the following times, the Bronze Age and the Iron Age. Permanent settlements started being founded in the 13th century as a result of Ascomanni expansion, and upon the establishment of the Caspiaan state Karnaim was admitted as a province. Popular nationalist movements in the early 1800s led to Karnaim's independence from Caspiaa in 1817, but the democratic system established through the nationalist movement collapsed in a civil war in 1833, after which a military dictatorship was established. Karnaim remained neutral during the World War, though its military regime under Sjur Bu sent Drambenburg and its allies supplies. Following the war, a pro-democracy revolution supported by Caspiaa and Zamastan overthrew the regime, and elections were held under international observation.

Since the 1956 revolution, Karnaim has been a representative democracy with a 103-seat parliament, and the current Prime Minister is Lasse Skramstad. Karnaim's small economy is highly reliant on offshore oil drilling. Karnaim is a member of the Coalition of Crown Albatross, a special-status observer for WEDA, and part of many other international organizations such as the Coalition Trade Organization.
