Katsuragi Kitagawa (19 August 1998) is an Army Officer currently serving in the Lucis Army. She is the youngest daughter, and the youngest of the children of Kiriya Kitagawa and Aurelia Le Guin. She was born on the same date as her great-grandfather, Sir Daidoji Kitagawa, who doted on her and affectionately called her "Katsu-chan", and she affectionately called him "Daddy Marshal".
Having a carefree personality, she is often warm to people she meets. However, hidden behind it is a clumsy and slob personality, often having a messy barracks and bed room, which her father often berates her. She is also known for her fondness of boy bands and youthful-looking guys.
