Lilov is a Syaran city located in Scitaria. Situated at the edge of the Mysian Peninsula, Lilov is the northern-most city in all of Syara.

Lilov was first founded as a trading outpost for the Dovossians, later being settled by the Kydonian League. It fell under the dominion of the Makedonian Empire during the reign of Orestes II, where it remained for the next 1,400 years. It briefly served as a major port for the Rioini Union before it dissolved, and afterwards became part of the Scitarian Commonwealth during the era of the Syaran Successor States. After the Unification of Syara it served as a naval and later aerial base for the Republic of Syara. Lilov was often used as a watch tower for the Wardens during the Refusal War to keep eyes on Acrean and Ossorian fleet movements. It remains a point of reference for naval and air traffic in the modern Commonality.
