Lisa Kushineda (15 July 2000) is a Lucian officer serving as an intelligence agent for Pavlov & Craig. She also serves as a member of Task Force 141 and later on, ILESOC. She is a great-granddaughter of EWI and EWII veteran Brigadier Yukio Kushineda Jr..
Known for her endearing clumsiness and gullible personality, she is seen by her family as the most precious one of them, hence she is often being watched by her aunt, Rikka Kushineda. However, as she slowly takes up serious roles, she begins to realise her true potential in life as she continued to lend her services to P&C and ILESOC. She is also held dear by her great-grandaunt, EWII veteran Brigadier Tsukuyo Kushineda. She also possesses a slight resemblance to her.
