Lisa Mirca (27 June 1923) is a retired Rubrumian soldier and tea shop owner who served during the Second Europan War. Apart from her usual roles, she is also one of Crown Company's medics, along with Lilith Ekland.
Of all the Crown Company members, Lisa is known for her timid personality, and easily afraid of bullets. However, she would slowly overcome her fear as she continued to do her medic roles. With the help of her lover, Kaoru Atsushi, she managed to let go of her fears and end up saving many lives. She often remains behind her squad mates tending to the wounded, hence she is the only one of Crown Company's members to stay behind allied lines. She is the paternal grandmother of Imperial Crisis veteran Yon Atsushi.
Following the war, she and Kaoru opened a tea shop within Leeves Military Garrison, serving tea to soldiers on break. Her blends would become one of the most well-known in the Erebonian Empire and her native Rubrum to the point that she opened a brand of her tea named Mirca's Own. The tea itself continues to be a part of regular rations for the Erebonian and Rubrumian Armies in homage to her.
