The Magical Girl Realm is a region within the continent of Dacia in Sparkalia, comprising three main magical girl nations: Magia Regnum, Regeliana, and Lurynia. This region is known as the Magical Girl Realm primarily because it is considered by its inhabitants to be the home continent of magical girls. Magia Regnum, Regeliana, and Lurynia all have distinct cultures, traditions, and magical abilities that make them unique. Despite these differences, however, they are bound together by a shared identity as magical girls.

While all three nations share this concept, the term "Magical Girl Realm" is only primarily used in Magia Regnum and it is often cited by the Magian government for it's claims. The concept of the Magical Girl Realm is not universally recognized either, and some nations outside of the region may not acknowledge the term; particular those outside the continent who utilize magical girls. Furthermore, even within the Magical Girl Realm, there are differing interpretations of the concept. Magia Regnum, in particular, is known for its strong sense of pride in its magical heritage and considers itself to be the leader of the Magical Girl Realm. The country has a long history of leadership within the magical girl community and often exerts its influence over other nations in the region. Additionally, Magia Regnum has a policy of what it considers eventual reunification with its "former territories" and the integration of magical girls into a single entity. This policy is often referred to as the "One Body" doctrine.

Despite being a part of the region, Regeliana is known for its disagreement with the Magian government's assertions and the concept of the Magical Girl Realm itself. Regeliana's traditions differ significantly from that of Magia Regnum, and the nation does not view itself as part of any larger regional entity. Instead, Regeliana emphasizes its own sovereignty and independence, both in terms of magical girl culture and broader political issues. The concept is viewed by the Regelian government as little more than an attempt by Magia Regnum to dominate the region and suppress the unique identities of other magical girl nations.

Lurynia on the other hand also uses the term frequently to describe the region. However, it does not view itself as subordinate to Magia Regnum and rejects Magia Regnum's assertion of leadership over the region. Instead, Lurynia asserts its own sovereignty and autonomy; emphasizing cooperation among the nations as equals instead.
