Marja-Liisa Mielonen (27 May 1923) is a retired Balambian soldier who served during the Second Europan War.

Mielonen is the only child of her parents. As a child of well-known doctors in both her town and in the army, she grew fond of everything within her parent's expertise. Hence she eventually decided to become a doctor as well. During the Estharian Civil War, she would lose her father in the field. Her mother moved to the northern coast of Balamb, where they lived peacefully. Despite the civil war raging, Marja-Liisa still gained a holistic education. In 1941, she was eventually drafted to the Balambian Army as a medic. Her mother, being a well-known doctor in the Balambian Army's medical division specifically allowed her draft only if she did her duties in the safety of the Allied lines. The staff agreed, hence why she is never seen in the frontlines throughout the Second Europan War.

Later on, she was transferred over to Crown Company, as Cpt. Harri Rokka had requested a Balambian medical unit in the force. Rokka was aware of her mother's request, hence he followed her request and often ordered Antero to watch over her when not in duty. She would get to know Antero Rahikainen, whom she later married after the war. They had 4 children together.

She is the grandmother of Jussi Rahikainen, a member of the Balambian Intelligence Unit under ILESOC.
