Harri Rokka (15 March 1915) is a retired Balambian soldier who served during the Estharian Civil War and the Second Europan War.

Growing up as a member of the Balambian Boy Scouts, he later fought and became a veteran of the Estharian Civil War. His wilderness skills were exceptional, hence Rokka served in the famous Vuorijalkaväkirykmentti and was among the first Balambians during the civil war to arrive to Madrina. He is also one of the few Estharians and Balambians who served in the Special Air Service under the Special Operations Executive. He later on served under Crown Company and led the Estharian and Balambian contingent in the company. His skills in battle were highly praised, and was considered by his peers to be one of their finest soldiers in the company.

Following the war, Rokka returned home to his wife and their 3 children and would later open a wood working company. He was later on called to service to serve as an instructor until his retirement in 1974.
