Milan Jesper Rohtez (born 11 May 1997) is a Vœyetskan professional footballer who plays for AIF Sjédal and the Vœyetska national football team as a center midfielder.

Nicknamed "Sub Zero", Rohtez is known across the globe for his offensive mindset as a center midfielder, his drive and determination to contribute, his capability to play aggressively despite his size, and especially his unstoppable chemistry with club and national teammate, Aron Hjalmarsson. Rohtez has played for four club teams, starting his professional carrier with Tálástrøm SK, then transferring to Veæsa IF, and then played in Artaska with the Selika Hammerheads, before transferring once again to his current club, AIF Sjédal.

Rohtez was born in Krosby, Vœyetska to an Artaskan father and a Vœyetskan mother. He was able to choose whether to play for his home country or his father's country and at an early age he decided to play for Vœyetska.

Rohtez has also been known for his environmental activism founding and funding several wildlife protection services, most notably with his donations to the VDWP.

Rohtez's father, Elias fled from Artaska in 1995 and immigrated to Vœyetska during the Chezian War in Nortua.
