Lieutenant-General Sir. Murasame Susaya GC, GCB, CLE, RD, COR (12 December 1921) is a retired Rubrumian senior officer. He is the son of two First Europan War veterans and Generals; Murakamo Susaya and Hilde Gertrud Aschelmann. He was the youngest commissioned officer to serve in the Rubrumian Army, having reached the rank of Captain by 1939. He is known for being a child prodigy and being able to command under the tutelage of his military professor, EWI veteran Colonel Tasaku Mitsuru. Under his professors advice, he was immediately promoted to Major, along with his close friend Sagaru Yamada and his Jutlandish cousin Allone Grønkjær. Later, he was promoted to Colonel, and later to Brigadier for his efforts and transferred to the Asianna theatre. Here, He commanded the Rubrumian forces again during the Sakhalin Campaign and later, he landed in Joyonghea during the Rubrumian Landings at Joyonghea.

By the end of 1943, with the conclusion of the Sakhalin Campaign, Susaya, along with Grønkjær was subsequently promoted to Brigadier by General Harry Kurosawa, one of Rubrum's famous generals who gained fame for his efforts in Gallia and Erebonia, who had been the protégé of his father. He came to Sakhalin to inform them that they will form another army group and will be reassigned to Joyonghea. With this, he assigned Susaya to be aide-de-camp and second-in-command. He ordered Susaya to form his own staff and was free to assign his mentor and officers, his best friend included. When they landed in Joyonghea, Susaya became the 2nd most senior Rubrumian officer. His uncanny ability to use small amounts of men while inflicting heavy losses was highly praised by many Allied commanders, including General Cheon Sang-ji. who was quick to realise that he had the same calibre as his father.

Susaya served with further distinction, leading the Rubrumian forces during the War of Lorican Aggression. After the war, he retired from his military career to assume his duties as Chancellor of the Calgary School of Business. He currently lives quietly in the Susaya Family Home at Calgary.
