Noelle Selane (born November 4, 1964) is a Zamastanian businesswoman and politician who has served as Governor of Lyonnais province since 2014. She is a member of the Blue Conservative Party. Selane grew up in Ellisforte and is a graduate of Flatdosa College, at which she studied advertising and public relations and played on the women's golf team. Before being elected governor, she served as president and CEO of the Stamborough Concrete Company.
Consistently considered to be the most conservative governor currently in office, Selane has sought to eliminate Lyonnais's provincial income tax while expanding sales taxes. A self-described pro-life advocate, Selane has signed 20 anti-abortion measures into law, including banning a common second-trimester abortion procedure, dilation and evacuation, except when necessary to save the life of the woman. In 2019 she issued an executive order prohibiting provincial agencies from creating emissions-reduction strategies, and signed into law a measure prohibiting Lyonnais local governments from enacting local bans on oil and gas drilling.
