The Patyrian Cup, officially known as the Patyrian Football Championship, is the premier association football tournament contested by the men's national teams of the members of the Patyrian Football Confederation (COPAFO). The competition is held every four years and, since 1995, is contested by 12 teams who participate in a qualification tournament composed of all 26 COPAFO teams. The host country automatically qualifies for the tournament, except in cases where there are two hosts, in which case a coinflip decides which team auto-qualifies.
There have been 14 Patyrian Cups, with the most recent being held in 2019 and the next to be held in 2023. Nine teams have won the Patyrian Cup: Tierada (3 times), Apelia (3 times), Vierzland (2 times), Borland, Camardocia, Granzery, Pererra, Savland, and Luepola. The tournament is generally held in a single country over the span of three weeks to a month in the summer, with teams moving around between cities in the host country. The 2023 edition will be held in Borland.
