The People's Volunteer Organisation (Vespasian: Organizzazione di Volontariato, OVP) is an left-wing Netajist cultural and paramilitary organization in Ajahadya. The LSS is the progenitor and leader of numerous subordinate organisations known as the Sangh Parivar that are present in all facets of Ajahadyan society. It is the paramilitary wing of the National Revolutionary Party of Ajahadya.

The OVP traces its origins back to the Green Bashurat Movement. The Green Bashurat Movement was founded in 1934 as a paramilitary force during the Satrian anti-colonialist movement. Originally it served to provide character training and discipline with the goal of uniting Satria to form a pan-Satrian state. During the leadership of Mohan Balchandra, the organisation became overtly leftist and represented the leftist factions of the Azad Fauj. At the outbreak of the Solarian War, the Green Bashurat Movement declared the beginning of the 'Liberation Struggle of Satria'. The organisation's militia forces fought against Etruria and then the Senrian-backed Ajahadyan Republic until 1948. After the war, the Green Bashurat Movement was defeated in the 1949 Ajahadyan general election and was merged into the Free Satrian Congress, where it became an internal political faction.

During the breakup of the Satrian Republic in the mid-1970s the Green Bashurat Movement became the National Revolutionary Party of Ajahadya, breaking away from the Free Satrian Congress. The new party formed the People's Volunteer Organisation as a militia force to fight the Satrian Republic and other breakaway factions and was the sole military force of the NRP in the initial months of the conflict until the formation of the Ajahadyan Army in 1976. After the end of the conflict, it retained a limited military role as the paramilitary force of the NRP, and expanded its scope to begin incorporating economic groups, employee associations, and other organisations under its umbrella.

The OVP and the NRP share deep ties and thus considered by Euclean academics to be a single, practically inseparable, political movement. Together with the NRP, it is one of the largest organisations in the world with over 10 million members, including the members of its subordinate network of economic groups, associations, and organisations. It has a significant presence in Ajahadyan society and economy through its local and regional branches and various affiliated and subordinated organisations.

Tasting Satria

The Tasting Satria program is a culinary diplomacy program run in conjunction with the Ajahadyan government. The program aims to promote Arthasthani cuisine around the world by boosting the number of Arthasthani and Satrian restaurants in foreign countries. As part of the program, the People's Volunteer Organisation offers potential owners prefabricated restaurant plans to choose from. In addition the Foreign Ministry of Ajahadya offers loans to Ajahadyan nationals and members of the diaspora who are aiming to open restaurants abroad. The program works with the Central Association of Ajahadyan Farmers to import fresh ingredients and equipment overseas for use by restaurant owners.
