Farza of Kaposlovar was the last heir apparent of the Triple Crown until the forced abdication of his father, king Ansmar II of the Drev, following the Bolsarist Coup of 1913 and the official abolition of the Lushyod Monarchy. He then became a pretender for the former throne, and one of the Warlord of the Drevstranese Civil War, leading the Monarchists troops known as the Golden Columns with the goal to defeat Bolsar and re-establish the Triple Crown.
Farza was the oldest son of his father, Ansmar II, and was thus first in line for the throne. At his birth, he became Prince of Kaposlovar, a title which would become his callsign during the Civil War. He was serving as Colonel of a cavalry regiment before the war, a position which allowed him to quickly muster troops, ressources, and allies to retake the throne after it had been dissolved by the Bolsarists. This would form the core of the insurection that became known as the Golden Columns.
Always seeking new allies, Farza demanded that Vilvo Orbraggar, whom had remained neutral up until that point, join the royalist cause against Bolsar. Orbraggar refused, and the following Battle of the Mren ended as a crushing defeat for the Royalists. Farza would die the following year, during the ill-fated Golden March which was a last ditch effort to retake the capital from the Bolsarists. What remained of the Golden Columns disbanded, turning to banditry or crossing Bolsarists territories to join the Marquisate of Yugstran, the last royalist bastion of the war.
