The State of Kaoro was the de facto government of Kaoro founded on October 27, 1950 during the World War. It is often seen to be a puppet government of the Dominion of the Sanguine Church during the DSC's occupation of Kaoro. It ended with the Liberation of Kaoro City by the Allied Forces in 1952.

It was recognized by the members of the League Powers, but the Allied Forces refused to recognize the government, instead refirming their support for the Kaoroan Republic, which fell during the DSC invasion.

The last ruling Kaorkilao of Kaoro, Pajdo la IV, was invited back along with his family to his birthplace of Kaoro City's Royal Palace. He previously fled to the DSC during the Kaoroan Revolution. Even though the rest of his family fled back during the Allied liberation of the country, he decided to keep living in Kaoro City. The regime was considered dead when Pajdo was killed by 17 gunshots by resistance forces sieging the Palace during the Liberation of Kaoro City, once he ran out armed with a pistol.

After Pajdo's death, the DSC, already finding Kaoro to be extremely tough, fled to the Northern States, which fell within weeks of the destruction of the State of Kaoro.
