Telchìde Gliò is a Montecaran diplomat who currently serves as the Permanent Representative of Montecara to the Community of Nations.
Background
Gliò holds a laurea in history and doctorate in law from the University of Montecara. His thesis was on Montecaran nationality law.
Career
Gliò joined the Montecaran diplomatic corps in 1975 and worked at the Secretariat of State's legal affairs bureau for three years. He was appointed to a junior position at the embassy of Montecara in Gaullica in 1978. Gliò attained the rank of ambassador in 1998. He served as the ambassador to Soravia from 1999 to 2005.
