Thomas Evans CMRT (15 September 1984) is a New Akibander soldier currently serving in Task Force 141 as part of the New Akibander formation. He is the second-in-command to Colonel Ukyo Samonji.
Known for his calm and directive ways, Evans is one of the most effective field commanders in TF 141. He is also one of the 12 New Akibander Officers to be awarded with the Order of the Red Tortoise for their participation during the Defense of Hung Yen.
