Operation Handgrasp, alternatively referred to as the Alliance invasion of the Ulthrannic straits (by the The Coalition), or Occupation of Western Ulthrannia (by Ulthrannia), was the name of the offensive military operation launched by the Triple Alliance powers of Belhavia and the Arthuristan National State in July 1941 to occupy the Ulthrannic-controlled Estrecho de las Tierras del Oeste ("Straits of the Western Lands") in order to secure reliable supply routes between the ANS and its allies, chiefly through Belhavian Tobia in Ashizwe.
