Władëmar Matéùsz Szitkowski was the fourth President of Lecistan from 2 May 1985 to 20 August 1986, as well as leader of the Moderate Front.

Born in Jelénik in 1941, Szitkowski ran as the Moderate Front deputy for Jelénik, winning his seat in the 1975 general election. He was chosen as the Moderate Front's leader in 1985, and won over sixty percent of the votes in the 1985 general election, making him President under a majority government, a first for the Moderate Front. His presidency was relatively short, as Szitkowski aimed to reform the nation and introduce a new, more democratic constitution, forcing the Grand Duke to dissolve the Royal Chamber in 1986. Szitkowski defected to Francilie shortly thereafter, and lived in Pontnouveau for twenty-nine years; while in exile he served as a prominent critic of the Lecistani government. During the Second Lecistani Civil War, he expressed support for the Second Lecistani Republic.

He returned to Lecistan on July 17, 2016, shortly after the election of Łukôsz Grzéskowicz to the Lecistani presidency, and died of heart failure thirty-seven days later.
