Łukôsz Bògùsłôw Grzéskowicz is a Lecistani lawyer and politician, founder of the Rally for Lecistani Sovereignty, founding member of the Solidarity Alliance, and President of the Grand Duchy of Lecistan. Prior to his election as President, he was a member of the Earldom Council of Brzny-Lùtórowo for Lùtórowo South and of the Royal Chamber for Lùtórowo, and was also President of the Second Lecistani Republic. He presently lives in Szimóngôcz with his wife and four children.

Early life

Grzéskowicz was born in the city of Brzny in 1971 to Léch and Teodóra Grzéskowicz. He moved to Szimóngôcz in the 1990s to attend Szimóngôcz University, but returned to Brzny shortly after graduating with a degree in law. He worked as a lawyer in Brzny for a few years before moving to Lùtórowo, where he met his future wife, Frãcëszka Wachòwski.

Political career

Early career

Grzéskowicz entered politics as a provincial candidate for the Moderate Front in 1995. Elected a member of the Earldom Council of the region of Brzny-Lùtórowo for Lùtórowo South, he was reelected in 2000. In 2005, he decided to run for a seat in the Royal Chamber instead of seeking reelection to his seat on the Earldom Council. His campaign was successful and he became the deputy for Lùtórowo.

2015 elections and civil war

After reformist leader Janusz Mëdzerz broke with the Moderate Front, Grzéskowicz contemplated leaving the Front for Mëdzerz's Society of Socialists in July of 2015, but ultimately decided to remain with the Moderate Front. In October of the same year, however, he left the Front to form the Rally for Lecistani Sovereignty- a left-wing nationalist party- in time for the country's October 2015 elections, called by President Jean-Marc Salérin. After the Rally for Lecistani Sovereignty, Lecistan Social Democrats, Great Reform Party, Party for Freedom and Progress, and Lecistan for a Democratic & Peaceful Change formed the Solidarity Alliance, he was named as its presidential candidate.

Amidst continuing repression by the Nevan-backed Salérin regime and increasing political instability, the Solidarity Alliance voted to declare the Second Lecistani Republic, naming Grzéskowicz as its president.

During the Second Lecistani Civil War,

Since the civil war

Following the signing of a peace treaty ending the Second Lecistani Civil War, emergency elections were held in which Grzéskowicz was elected President of the Grand Duchy of Lecistan.

Personal life
