The 1863 Invasion of Rubrum (1 February 1863 - 18 December 1863) was an event that took place in Upper and Lower Rubrum, and the Province of Quebecois. The battle was fought primarily between the Rubrumians and the Royalist Concordians against the invading Concordian Republicans, Federals, and Archadians. The Republican plan was to invade and annex Rubrum by bypassing the states of New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut and into invading Rubrum from Quebecois. Republican planners believed that this action would prompt the Lucian Government into surrendering its Dominions in Amerigonna.

However, the Lucis Parliament responded by sending in a counter force headed by Lieutenant-General John Sugiyama. Admiral Drew Anders' 11th Royal Fleet and the Gallian 3rd Fleet under Admiral Edward Wallace clashed with the Concordian and Federal fleets at the Battle of Saint Laurence. This effectively prevented Republican and Federal ships from supplying and reinforcing troops that were at Quebecois and Upper Rubrum. Thus, the Republicans fought a War of Attrition until the 18 December, when Republican general Liam Connor Sibley ordered a retreat south caused by a strategic attack from Concordian Royalist general O. S. A. R. Crittenden. From the naval blockade that began on 28 May, more than 375,000 Republicans and 150,000 Federals were trapped in Quebecois and Upper Rubrum. The harsh Rubrumian winter came on the 17 November and caused massive hunger and starvation among the Republicans. They were forced to surrender on 18 December.

The Invasion was both a mistake and a failure for the Republicans. After the Rubrumian campaign, the Royalists launched their counter offensive to the south, retaking Washington on the 4 July 1864.
