MakCare is a government universal healthcare program in the Empire Of Makko Oko launched on July 5th, 2022 via the enactment of the Life Security Act. MakCare is administered under the Health Services Administration, formed at the time the legislation was enacted. MakCare provides health insurance to all citizens of the nation, in addition to supporting citizens' healthcare abroad.

Eligibility
There's no official eligibility guidelines for obtaining MakCare, however the insurance is mainly meant for citizens of the nation, of all ages. For SAGPI MakCare, one must be resident in the Phoenix Islands to enroll.
GovCare Eligibility
To be eligible to enroll in GovCare, one must be a Makko Okoan citizen and a current or former national government employee.
