Samuel is the head of the currently-reigning House Reich.There is no strict legal or formal definition of who is or is not a member, although the Royal Household has issued defining lists in the past of who is and is not a part of the royal family when inquired. Members of the family often support the monarch in undertaking public engagements, pursuit of charitable endeavors and philanthropic interests.
