Cavari is a city in eastern Trellin. It is the fifth largest city in the Trellinese Empire, with a population of almost five million, and is the capital of Namija. Located at the top of the Hanoth delta, it is a major port, connected to other Sea of Velar harbours and to the cities along the Hanoth.

Cavari is a major economic centre, served by four airports, two international and two domestic. It boasts one of Trellin's largest ports and a thriving commercial district and has long been one of the key industrial hubs for the eastern empire. It is the headquarters of numerous large companies including NamiKaka, one of Trellin's "Big Three" energy companies.

The city has been the seat of the princes of Namija since the mid-7th century, when the province was independent as the Principality of Namija. It grew to great prosperity out of the wealth brought back by ratafran from Andamonia and the south and was considered a great centre of science and learning.

Cavari was the target of a terrorist attack in August 2016, as Andamonian rebels bombed near the city hall in retaliation for Trellin's involvement in the Siege of Pathatl. Over a hundred were killed as a result of the attack.
