The leader of the majority of the Senado da Paretia is appointed to the office and is tasked with the formation of a government with the responsibility to lead Paretia.

The official residence of the Premier of Paretia is the large and magnificent Primavera Palace, located in the district of Bandeira Roxa in Precea.
