A continent is one of several very large landmasses on Pardes. They are generally identified by convention rather than any strict criteria, with the most commonly accepted view of ten regions commonly regarded as continents. These are (from largest in size to smallest): Lusankya, Akkadiya, Kasaishima, Ashizwe, Taveria, Arctica, Skandera, Antarctica, Australis, Borea and Angulasia. However, there are numerous ways of distinguishing the since the definition of a continent is often arbitrary separations between areas. This has led to the existence of several models of continents, ranging from seven to fourteen continents. But this has not always been the case, and these models have varied at the discretion of the history and discovery of new territories. In its common meaning, the "continental" also includes small islands with very low distance from the coast, but not those separated by significant sea arm. From a scientific perspective, the continents also include the islands attached to continental plates, like the island nation of Havenwalde near Taveria, as well as socioculturally-derived suggested "continents" such as Therasia.

- The Organization for Pardesi Affairs uses a ten-continent model, and it is taught in Davisholm, and Estovnia. This model is also the most commonly taught and used model in the world.
- The twelve-continent model common in the Eastern Hemisphere is used primarily within Anikatia, Goredemabwa, and others.
- The twelve-continent model common in the Western Hemisphere is used primarily within the United Republic of Emmeria and Belhavia.
- The thirteen-continent model is used in the nations of Kalenia, and Eagleland.
