The Infernal Court of Makko Oko is an administrative court within the Empire Of Makko Oko with the power to oversee and handle civil and criminal issues in relation to religious law. As an administrative court, the Infernal Court has both appellate and ordinary jurisdiction, with lower non-religious courts being able to transfer a case to the Infernal Court if it relates to religion. Unlike the Absolute Court Of Satan, the Infernal Court lacks the power of judicial review and may not overturn laws or question the constitutionality of laws in regards to the state religion.
