Blueworld is an airline alliance founded in 1999. Its headquarters are located in Koninstad, Noordenstaat. It is one of the three major airline alliances of Astyria, the other two being Clear Skies Alliance and Sky Alliance.

History

On 26 March 1999, representatives from Royal Nikolian, Royal Erbonian Airways, KNLM, National West Airways, and Valkea Airlines entered into an agreement to form an airline alliance. These became the five founding carriers of Blueworld. Hermine Airlines became the first airline to join the alliance in September 1999, expanding its network to the south of Teudallum.

In 2011, National West Airways ceased its operations and withdrew from the airline alliance. It was reorganized as Diamond Airways and subsequently became a member of Blueworld on the 1st of July.
