The Beleroskov Armed Forces are the military forces of the Federation of Beleroskov. It consists of the Army/Ground Forces, Navy, and Aerospace Force. The President of Beleroskov is the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces. As of 2021, the military has around a million active-duty personnel, which is the world's fifth-largest and Ausiana's third-largest (after Yuan and Haduastan), and about 2–20 million reserve personnel. It is mandatory for all male citizens aged 18–27 to be drafted for a year of service in the Armed Forces. The Beleroskov Armed Forces originate from the UCSS military, which disbanded when the UCSS dissolved in 1999.
History
The United Communist and Socialist States collapsed on 17 March 1999. For the next year, various attempts to keep its unity failed. Over time, some units stationed in the newly independent republics swore loyalty to their new national governments, while a series of treaties between the newly independent states divided up the military's assets. As the UCSS had been a part of the Trans-Toyana Prosper Alliance alongside Drambenburg throughout last decades of its existance, the new government of Beleroskov negotiated staying in the organization at the Lerbin Conference, as a response to the formation of WEDA in 2001. The involvement of the Beleroskovian military in the TTPA resulted in two decades worth of reorganization and little deployment, with only TTPA-sanctioned missions seeing Beleroskovian participation.
Ahead of Drambenburg's invasion and annexation of Blaoria, Beleroskov's government became wary of its association with the TTPA's escalating military standoffs and withdrew from the organization, and negotiated a cooperation agreement with ACWAC, normalizing relations between Beleroskov and Yuan after decades of cautious approach. Beleroskov has since participated in numerous military drills alongside Yuan and other ACWAC member nations.
Both in UCSS and Beleroskovian times, corruption has been a significant impediment to the Armed Forces. Nikolai Ubotrov, despite his desire to rebuild Beleroskovian strength, was not able to seriously deal with corruption in the military. Upon Ubotrov's death in 2022 and Vladimir Belskorski's ascension, the military has overseen major expansion and modernization. Beleroskov's new arms deals with nations like Elastan, Phou, Wallenland, and Zalluabed have led to significant deployments of Beleroskovian forces overseas, most notably during the Hisrea War, the 2022 Ossotia coup, and the Agōmòlām conflict.

The Beleroskov Navy utilizes the Zhvikov-class battlecruiser, a class of nuclear-powered guided-missile battlecruisers originating in the UCSS navy, the largest and heaviest surface combatant warships (i.e. not an aircraft carrier or amphibious assault ship) in operation in the world. Among modern warships, they are second in size only to large aircraft carriers, and of similar size to a World War-era battleship.
